We offer programs and services to individuals with any type of dementia, their families and the professionals who care for them.

We are proud to be a local, autonomous group, governed by a local Board of Directors. One-hundred percent of all donations received by our agency STAYS in Smith County and is used to provide programs and services locally.

The Alzheimer’s Alliance of Smith County believes community partnerships help to offer the best in education and resources to individuals we serve. We have ongoing partnerships with the University of Texas at Tyler, Tyler Junior College, the Hospice of East Texas and numerous senior care communities and senior care businesses.

Our agency is a member of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
